CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program designed to get anyone fit. It combines constantly varied functional movement at (relative) high intensity. We do pull-ups, push-ups, weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, etc. All workouts are infinitely scalable for various skill and ability levels. (Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.)
Our community is the key to development and successful training. We are a place where everybody feels welcome and can train in a supportive environment, setting us apart from other fitness facilities.
We are a unique facility offering open gym all day outside of class times Monday to Friday and 8 am-12 pm Saturday/ Sunday. We have recovery facilities, allied health practitioners, and a café on-site making this an all-encompassing health and wellness community.
