Longevity Class

What can I expect?

Longevity classes are designed for members over 60’s whom their main goal is to improve their level of fitness through functional exercises in a welcoming and supportive environment.

We will focus on strength, stamina, balance and coordination with the longterm goal of health, fitness and overall wellbeing. You will also be a part of the fun and welcoming Evexia Community.
